Master class for Nordic walking instructors

In the Morning of March 30 from 10:00 under the arches of the Green Theatre in Babashkinsky Park starts a cycle of master classes for those who want to become the best instructors on Nordic walking in the framework of the project "Moscow longevity". The Main goal of the master classes is to teach all those who want to apply creative approach when teaching Scandinavian walking to older people.

In Total, the park will host three master classes for instructors on March 30, April 6 and 14 from the famous Nordic walking instructors from Vadim Daineko, Alexandra Lima and Alexander Mamontov.
