Zumba is a relatively young dance direction, it’s author Alberto Perez, a Colombian choreographer dancer, invented it in 2001. This fitness program combines elements of hip-hop, salsa, samba, merengue, mambo, flamenco and belly dancing. This super-mix made zumba one of the most popular slimming exercises in the world: at the moment it has spread to more than 180 countries! Its original name translates from the Colombian dialect as “buzzing, moving fast”.
Dance fitness training Zumba in the park Babushkinsky held every summer season. On Fridays and Sundays at 6.00 pm on the stage of the Green Theater, incendiary instructors of the dance fitness program Zumba®fitness will raise YOUR mood with Latin American rhythms.

Yoga is a fairly broad concept that combines a variety of spiritual and physical practices that strengthen the human body and spirit and help to achieve a special sublime state of consciousness. Whatever it was, but nowadays yoga has become very popular worldwide. Yoga is a practice in which the most important thing is endurance and the pursuit of self-improvement.
If you briefly structure the entire variety of effects obtained from yoga, you can answer this question like this:

We invite everyone to free yoga classes every Saturday at 11-00 hours. Classes are conducted by the instructors of the club “Gravi Yoga” in the warm season and in good weather.

On Wednesdays at 6:00 pm in our park, instructors from the Zebra Fitness Club conduct master classes on yoga, vogue, aerobics, dance mix, latina and other dance and sports disciplines. Entrance to the class is free. We invite everyone!
