2019-year of theatre in Russia

According to the decree of President Vladimir Putin, 2019 year in the Russian Federation was declared the year of theatre.

Its main tasks are related to preservation and popularization of the best domestic theatrical traditions and achievements; Availability of the best examples of theatrical art for residents of different cities, improving the organization of theatrical affairs and attracting attention to the issues of theatrical education.
